1. Who We Are

BOSQUE (“we,” “us”), operated by Bosque LLC, is a curated media publication and creative agency at bosquestyle.com covering homes and spaces of distinction across Montecito, Santa Barbara, and the surrounding California coast. This policy describes what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. What We Collect

Information you provide. When you use our forms, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and the contents of your message. Depending on the form this may also include property details you submit (address, links, photography, and credits for people who worked on the property), showing or stay preferences such as dates, and your Instagram handle if you share it. When you join our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider collects standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the site. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that records page views and aggregate usage without advertising cookies and without following you across other websites. We store a small preference in your browser so the newsletter invitation does not reappear once you dismiss it. Site fonts are delivered by Adobe Fonts, which logs font requests in order to serve them. We do not run advertising trackers, and, like most sites, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Information we do not collect. We do not process payments on the site and do not collect payment details, government identification, or precise location.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to operate the platform, and, where you have asked us to, to connect you with the people relevant to your request. If you join the newsletter, we use your email to send it. We may also use information to protect the site from abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

4. When We Share Information

We share information only as needed to do what you asked. Showing requests are delivered to the listing agent for that property, along with your name and contact details, so they can respond to you directly. Stay and booking inquiries are shared with the property’s owner or manager so they can arrange the stay with you directly. Service providers process data on our behalf to run the site: website hosting and analytics, file storage, font delivery, and email delivery. They are permitted to use it only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and information may transfer if the business is sold or reorganized.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Third-Party Sites

Featured properties, agents, and partners may have their own websites and social channels. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing ryan@bosqueagency.com; we will respond within a reasonable period, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights. California residents may exercise the rights available to them under California law, including requesting the categories of information we collect (described in Section 2) and its deletion, through the same contact.

7. Retention

Form submissions and inquiry emails are retained as long as needed for the purpose you sent them and for our records; newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections to the site and reputable providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The platform is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted at this page.
